About Me

I trained at the Minster Centre as an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a variety of schools of thought and methodologies, including relational psychoanalysis, object relations, gestalt, attachment theory, the transpersonal approach, body psychotherapy, person centred therapy, and CBT. This enables me to tailor therapy to each, individual client.

I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, am a member of BACP and am also an accredited member of the UKCP.

I have had experience working with:

* bereavement
* trauma
* anxiety
* depression
* childhood sexual abuse
* domestic abuse
* loss of identity
* relationship difficulties
* issues of diversity and difference
* addiction
